Two Tykes

Today of all days, it just had to be this.

When my parents-in-law (J and J) moved into Number 47, they got a close friend to make some lovely hand-carved furniture.

Including this mantelpiece complete with a Yorkshire rose. J's mum loved this particularly and it reminds me of her every time I look at it.
