Rest Day

Our hotel have set up this 'swimmer station' next to reception, providing fresh fruit, water and clean towels for them to take to the pool. A really nice touch, I thought! They have also allocated a 'games room', which, as well as having 'real' games in, apparently 'lures' virtual Pokemon each day?!?!?

Joe spent today supporting his team mates and resting, ready for tomorrow's 400. Immi broke Bromley's silver streak with a GOLD in the 200IM. Awesome swim!!!!

I pottered around a couple of shops today, buying school supplies and the odd surprise, and then headed further into town with Joe for Nando's in the evening. It was funny walking back to the hotel, as every restaurant we passed was full of swimmers! Other than that the city was very quiet.

I'm getting rather used to this leisurely lifestyle.
