Day off at last!

After all the travelling into 'that there London' over the last few days we had a lie in and caught up with a few jobs. We've rigged the T.V. Up in the awning of our friends caravan and are ensconced for an evening of athletics. Hasn't Jessica got off to a cracking start? Long may it continue. We're hoping Dai Green continues his good form as we have tickets for his final on Monday. We managed to get out on the bikes again this morning - just 15 miles but there were a few hills so we got a good work out. We're hoping to go to see Helen Jenkins in the triathlon tomorrow so that will be an early start (it starts at 09.00) we have identified a good spot to watch. It is a laps course for both the run and the cycle so it should be good. Then we will need another quiet day before our day at the Olympic Park!
