Sammy at Langa

Ah summer, a much better day, warmed up and mostly sunny :)  There has been cloud about, but warm and dry :)

Just typical that the sun comes out on my first day back to work!  It's been a busy day in the museum, there's been a big cruise liner in Lerwick.  Caught up with the gossip and what I've missed out on in the past 6 weeks.  After tea, picked up friend Julie and we all headed out for a run on the boat.  I had to bath Sammy before working in the pub again tonight.

We headed out to Langa with the boat and landed on the beach.  A lovely sunny evening for a walk about the isle, and Sammy loved it too, he also loved the sheep shite to roll in!!  St Ninians is the best tombolo beach in Shetland but we do others, like here.  I love this peerie isle, and camped here in the past.
