After The Rain

The day started out very grey and gloomy with a steady rain, but by early afternoon blue sky moved slowly back in, and we decided to go out for a walk to stretch our legs.

This is a view of the brand new Millennium Tower entrance.  There is a very glamourous series of glass panels creating a portico to shield the lucky new owners from the elements as they sashay into the lobby.  It was rather attractively spattered with raindrops when I took this picture looking up the full length of the tower to its lofty heights.
