Toad in the hole

Dismal wet day again, the guys went off to the leisure centre in Swansea and returned starving. As requested we had toad in the hole with cauliflower cheese and creamy mash, followed by mango sorbet ready on their return. Thankfully it went down a storm and all are now slumped in front of the TV.
