In a world of blame culture, heads have rolled over this.

Surrounded by a plethora of other Cigs, this one lay undiscovered for months despite it being in prime Cigs territory. No amount of spreadsheets and middle managers led to this one being unearthed.

This prompted an emergency board meeting and following a rereading of Parkinson's Law, the decision to take the top heavy administration and prune it heavily and redress the balance by getting spotters out on the street was taken.

I would blame Brexit but that would over simplify it; obviously the cheap import of foreign labour is partially responsible, but....
