The Support Team

L-R Gill, Fliss and Ian. Ian is my cycling encourager-in-chief. Fliss works at St Michael's Hospice and offered me the place in the ride, yesterday. Gill (Mrs H), when I was asked if I wanted to do it, answered, "yes he does!!" Without them I wouldn't have done the ride, wouldn't have lost over 5kg and definitely wouldn't be a lot fitter than I've been for years. Thanks to all!!
