Passage

Arrived in Helsingborg this evening to find a rather elderly gentlemen doing his best to whip up excitement in the crowd.
This was directly outside the train station at the harbor and as the poster says, it was the opening event of Passage 2016 International Street Theatre Festival presented by the Worldwide Clown Committee for the inclusion of the right to laugh and to give laughter in article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights signed by The General Assembly of the United Nations!
A marching band soon arrived and then everyone was directed towards the end of the harbor. I can't say if the event was any good as I didn't attend - had to check into my hotel and then do some work....but he was certainly very enthusiastic!
