How did I get Here?

I had a dentist appointment this morning which was a lovely half hour of lying down without having to worry about Alf. How funny that I think of the dentist as a break now!!! Sarah and Isla came to visit in the afternoon which was lovely before my real treat of the day the hairdresser. Following the hairdressers I was lucky enough to catch up with Aideen over tapas. I had a very nice day in all. Alf is getting more adventurous at the moment, as you can see from the photo. So I need a break every now and again.
