Starling Invasion

I have never seen so many young starlings at one time as invaded our garden today!  There must have been a hundred or more on the lawn, in the birdbath and on the feeders.  Occasionally something would disturb them and they'd all take off at once in a massive cloud, but soon returned for whatever was attracting them.  They were all young ones and very quarrelsome at times.  Usually we are lucky if we see one or two adults in a week, but this was something else:-)

My computer expert came to look at my sick laptop this morning and even he couldn't find why it was running so slow, so he's taken it away to run some diagnostic tests.  He has warned it may not be economical to repair.  On a brighter note, he managed to connect my iMac to my original email address - something I had failed to achieve - so I was delighted!
