Farmer's market

This is my haul from my first visit to the local farmer's market. It was pouring rain sideways but i was determined to make it.
Freshly caught lemon sole (caught this morning), a slice of quiche, fresh laid free range eggs from a local farm.

So breakfast is 2 free range eggs, sunny side up, a sausage and cup of tea

Lunch: slice of quiche with a salad

Dinner: pan fried sole with stir fried spinach and baby potatoes.

All in all, a perfect day! ;)
