Never A Dull Moment .

I have to get up very early, do lots of exercises .Get stretched and pummeled where it really hurts, have electric current through my leg muscles but "no pain no gain " holds very true. The REHA section of this place which deals with making sure all those who have had to undergo surgery recover, is brilliant . They have lots of entertainment and the whole hospital is able to join in with these. "Jesus loves Me" is not an evangelical night but a modern German film .May go and see this .The games I'll miss( not my scene ) Fashion show is a must with blip potential . Golden Hits sounds fun. Might get my feet tapping. .Stuffed toys and such --pass. Tried once and it was a sorry mess.I like the sound of "Mit Herz und Wischmopp" (a comedy act I think) & indeed the rest of the week , Swimming for pleasure is encouraged so the recipe works .One has no time to stop and feel the pain .or let pain stop your life .They make you keep moving and give you loads of incentives. The artichoke I had to blip. It was part of a traders stall .Yes this is also a place where shopping all be it window shopping is encouraged.
