What a Storm!

We had a lovely lunch with church friends at a restaurant this afternoon, and when we started for our cars this was the scene....a major downpour. As none of us had umbrellas we waited for a break in the rain. When it stopped, Hubby made a run to the car to pick us up since there were lots of puddles in the way. As it turned out, our car was parked in water that came all the way up to the door! Hubby had to wade through knee-deep water to even get to the car. We had lots of laughs. It was great to catch up with friends.
