Amazing
I've had such a good diet day! Fruit and yog for breakfast, picnic lunch full of salads and a massive veggie filled burrito bowl for dinner. Followed by this for 105 calories, "fibre one chocolate brownie" 20ml of ice cream and strawberries!
11300 steps, workout done this morning and I am feeling good! Ready for the week ahead!
