Isle of Cumbrae

Off to Millport today with some good friends for a wee cycling day out. Managed twice round the island, plus a cycle to and from the station for the train to Largs. All in just over 25 miles clocked. Not bad for a completely unfit novice! Great weather, nice lunch and a 99 with strawberry sauce at the lovely Ritz Cafe. This shot has the island's famous crocodile rock through the trees on the left hand side. It's been years since I was here, used to go with the family. My nana used to take us there for the day too. It's been too long, and I will definitely be back.
I'm going to hurt a lot tomorrow, but so worth it! :-)
