Joe's memorial walk

Just a few of the lovely group of 25 people who kindly turned up for my husband Joe's memorial walk.  Here we are looking at the mosaics on the floor of an old mansion Milner Field - it had a fascinating, but rather tragic history.  Extra shows a close up of the floor (slightly out of focus I think!).   We were blessed with fine weather, and ended - as we should - in the pub!  Many thanks to those of you who made all this possible.  I have to admit to shedding tears later in the day after perhaps one too many drinks - you are all lovely and made this very special - thank you!
