Watching brief

We have quite the dynasty of foxes in our garden.

Every year there is a mother and a few cubs. Sometimes one or two, this year - four.

So there is the beleaguered mother, her cubs and another adult. In my mind he is the fun uncle as he often seems to be joining in playtime with the cubs.

The cubs aren't babies anymore, more adolescents; doesn't stop them taking around after their mother though. No wonder she enjoys the quiet time!
