Happy Day

Madchickenwoman    Recently, my Blip-Pal Madchickenwoman said how happy she was feeling. Now I'm joining in to say the same. Not sure how or why , but there it is. That's inspite of still waking/getting active each morning about 4am !. I've got loads of energy, getting loads of good self care stuff done, enjoying my flat looking more mine and cared for.
Today : loads done this morning, E's and photo's to friends, watered and swept in the yard, washing on the line/dried by 10, Chavo Ferminator'd, delicious lunch enjoyed, trolley packed : cake, cherries, cool juice in flask and off to the Park with current good read : Helen MacDonalds " H is for Hawk".  I got too hot in the sun so retreated for drink and pee to Playhouse Bar. Delicious Day.
