Fields of gold

It was lovely this morning, so nice in fact that the dog insisted on lying down in what is usually a stream, but today was little more than a muddy wallow, joy.
Mid afternoon brought a vicious thunderstorm amd now we have blue skies again, temperamental weather gods.
