Derelict Building

I cannot find any history about this place, D thinks when we first moved here that it was a closed down pub, there is reference to an Old brewery called Phipps in Northampton which owned a lot of Public houses in the area, mentioning Alfred Street, but that is all. the picture is the frontage with an out building at the back.
