I got up early this morning and was parked in Bretton by 7.30am. A lovely walk down to the park, if a bit autumnal, and then this lovely grey heron flew onto the Cascade Bridge & then proceeded to fish right next to it. . The light was amazing, bright heron, dark water. Every time it dived, it caught a fish! I had to tell myself that I had enough photos and leave... 

I always find that the buddleia by the main building here is good for butterflies. Not many there today (as everywhere), but this red admiral was a joy to see - extra.
