Paddling Amongst the Watery Stars.....

....And a headless rat.

The first thing I got greeted with this morning was a headless rat....Mia the cat was still munching on the head and seemed to be sucking out its innards. What is it with the heads......do you think the eyeballs are particularly tasty?....for the life of me I haven't a clue...maybe its the crunch........... As they say on Master Chef.

On a lighter note a bunch of us went to the river for a picnic today...gosh...the day was just perfect....so warm in the sun the water was clear as a bell and light greeny blue in colour....people were frolicking and just enjoying themselves....the lunch was great too except for some hungry ants that decided to munch on us...ouchy.

I love the way the sun makes diamonds/stars on the water....the little guy had so much fun.
We had a day off from all the goings on today......a cruisy time...getting ready for the busy week ahead.
