New Romney Country Fair

I can't believe that we nearly missed this. Mr L did the morning shift and we planned to go shopping in the afternoon. I also needed to pitch up a prescription form the chemist and we decided to pop into the country fair, which we assumed would be just a few stalls. What a delightful surprise and we only arrived for the last couple of hours. Many different stalls and exhibits, 2 arenas with different entertainment. Bloco Fogo, a street percussion group were my favourites, followed by the Golden Retriever Display Team, which really did bring a lump to my throat, it's about 8 years since we lost Daisy but I still miss her, she was my best friend. We almost didn't bother with the falconry display.....who could be better than the LC team, but we did stop to see Liberty the Balde Eagle, and I learnt a few more falconry facts,

Tomorrow when Mr L gets home from work, we are going shopping!!
