Gifts and laughter

I was gifted this stunning orchid and another, which is slightly paler.  They have been in glorious flower for months and bring me great joy every time I do the dishes!  
It's been a busy but fun day. Warm day sandwiched between wet, so laundry was a priority followed by the most marvellous laughter yoga session.  I was able to become laughter and release a great deal of "stuff"
The afternoon spent with my precious sangha as we worked together to prepare the centre for the arrival of a special teacher.
