Not Sleeping

A long day of preparations, cleaning - I really thought we were done with THAT - shopping and other smaller jobs like changing light bulbs. I supervised and snoozed. Snoozed and supervised. It IS important, but sometimes I think mum sets the bar too high. One would think the Queen was coming to visit.

The upside of cleaning is that all sorts of items I am not usually supposed to have suddenly are on the floor where I can pick them up and stealthily bring to my bed. Today it was a dishwashing brush and some pink silk paper that could be torn into a large number of very small pieces.
