High mountains

A day of sorting out, physio and packing before the 9 day trek which starts tomorrow. I took M on his first gentle cycle ride since his last operation, which was enjoyable. It's been a few years or more since I was last trekking in the mountains - feeling nervous, apprehensive and excited. Shocked to see the size of my pack at the end of the day!
