Farewell
After a challenging week it was a spell in the office for the morning then off to the largest cemetery I've ever been too in East London. There was a lady on the front gates asking which funeral we were attending to be able to send us off to whichever chapel it was in. It's that big..
A sad afternoon reflecting on a much loved colleague of 10 years after that dreadful disease took yet another life. This was the first 'humanist' funeral service I've been too - didn't feel right with no mention of Jesus.
Dear Jo loved a tipple of Gin so the flowers that the company got were quite apt.
Up at 05.00 tomorrow for a race around Battersea Park at 08.00. Stupid boy...
