getting in the zone for the Games

I have just caught up with dbifulco hosting of the AOG Alternative Olympic Games. So here is my first attempt during the build up to the real games;

This little egret is getting into the zone for her first high board dive, a forward 2 1/2 somersaults in the Pike position off 1 leg

... and in extra the heron went for the big one in his very first long jump attempt
