The Hour is Nigh!

Tomorrow we make the trip to London, to prepare for the big ride on Sunday. It's just a question of checking in at the hotel near the Blackwall tunnel. Then I need to find my way to the Excel Centre to register and then have a quick recce to find the signposted cycle route to the Olympic park from Blackwall, though it doesn't look very far.
 In the picture you can see the comestibles for the ride. I don't know how I'm going to manage the porridge on the bike though!
