Schooner and Tom

We have had the most wonderful neighbours move in next door to us at Wombat Hollow.  Tonight we trundled over for dinner and wacko, our new neighbour is an amazing cook and is passionate about his kitchen prowess.  This is the property where Schooner lives.  You know Schooner, he's the beautiful dog who loves to come over and cool off in the Billabong when he gets too hot.

I couldn't resist taking this photo of Schooner with his best mate Tom.  Tom is a bit of a gem as well and it's just great having someone so close by who's happy to keep an eye out for us.  Tom's very useful with a grader and has kindly cut a track out of the bush between the two houses so we can pop over to see each other when we feel like a chat.  You just can't beat having friendly neighbours and we feel like we've won the lottery!
