Shopping mall

Yesterday we had to go to the immigration department to continue getting all our paperwork in order.   Here you have to get a yellow book, which basically prooves that we have the right to be here.  Once we have this book we can get a plumer or an electrician to do work in our apartment,  should any be required.   It also allows hubby to get a driving licence and buy a car.  The immigration department was at a shopping mall, the enquiries desk was actually set up on tables outside.  All very strange.  It did all take quite a long time so I went for a walk.  The mall is in two sections and access to the different side is via a bridge over a river.  Of course there is fish,  there are always fish.
