Poppies

No1 son wanted to see the Weeping Window display in Perth so we all headed up there.
There are only 5000 poppies in the display but each one represent one lost life and each life directly affected a mother/father/sister/brother/friend/workmate................ the list goes on - like ripples in a pond.

Afterwards we went into the middle of nowhere to have lunch at Stewart Tower Dairy. (their chicken, port & roast hazelnut pate was amazing).
Butterfly had a great time getting hugs from Mummy, getting filthy whilst eating ice-cream and trying to stroke the miniature goats.

The evening was filled with laughter, wine and Monopoly.
