The last time we were up here I left my pole stuck in the ground. Its an old section of survey pole that I use to tether the flash to. Maddening midges that night caused a lot of stress as I was packing stuff away and I walked off without it.

I retrieved it tonight. I have made a similar recovery trip to the top of Bohuntin Hill in recent weeks.
