Melancholy - is how we are feeling tonight.  I had a good qi gong class then a lovely couple of hours with two old friends, but when I got home this afternoon we had a message from the estate agent to confirm our offer on the house has been rejected.  We are now at a stalemate.  C wants to buy it but not at any prices (it is still way over-priced) and the vendor refuses to budge.   Alcohol seemed to be the only answer.  Worked for me!!
