Winchester

Today was a visit to Winchester - to the Great Hall and the Cathedral. Another good and cultural day out on my week off!

This memorial bench is outside of the ancient Great Hall, which houses the supposed Round Table of King Arthur fame. It is also the home of lots of history - a poignant place to have a memorial to more recent history.
