In a jam

The kitchen is always left in a sticky mess when I make jam, which isn't very often. Today I decided to make fresh apricot jam. Apricot jam is N's favourite and I made ten jars, so that should keep him going. It is always a bonus when there is half a jar left over which means I can try it straight away. It was good, a perfect set and a lovely fresh taste. All I have to do now is clean up all the stickiness!
