The Sea, The Sea.........
......with apologies to Iris Murdoch for stealing her title.
We left Dawlish today and headed back home stopping off at Gloucester where we met our friends Pam and Paul at Roots, a cafe and community centre (see extra), where they are part of a team teaching refugees English.
We had a bite to eat and a nice chat before they went to work and we had a little wander. Along the way we saw the Gloucester Archives and Family History centre where we'll be visiting in the none too distant future and also a vintage flea market (their name for it). Here I bought an old champagne bottle crate which I will use for my vinyl collection and also found my inspiration for today's Abstract Thursday theme, 'Appearing to be Water' hosted by youoregon1.
