Feeding Stumpy

Stumpy is a pigeon with only one foot, and his friend here has been feeding him at the end of the wharf for close to three years. Before that, he watched over another injured bird for ten years. He is a sweet gentle man, and figures that the wounded need some special attention. I hope we meet again in the early morning fog. There is a lot I would like to ask him.
