It's a tufted life

Holy mackerel / Toledo / Mary mother of God, but work has got busy. All good though, certainly passing the time in the office, and makes those wee moments out of it more worthwhile (like wandering to the park after dinner and spotting this Tuftie with a wee tag-along - second time in three years I've known them to breed in the park).

Not so many cycling miles given the work aftermath was taken up with losing a weight of hair from my head. 89 miles required from 4 days for the second 500 mile month in a row (it's all so arbitrary it's daft, but that doesn't stop me wanting to do it - and I was working out the averages required to step up August to 700 miles). Friday morning could see a very long loop into the office...
