Hot, Hot, Hot!

Backblip.

It got up to thirty five degrees today. Proper hot!!
I didn't really want the Little Misses out in it too much so we decided to go to Aqua Vale in Aylesbury and enjoy the pool before it gets too heaving when the schools break up.
It was fab!! Hardly anyone there, no time limit like there is at the weekend and the roof on the outdoor pool open. We had a lovely couple of hours until I suddenly remembered the parking was going to run out so we had to quickly shower and dash out. Fifteen minutes late and no ticket. Phew!
The car thermometer showed thirty eight degrees when I got in. I could hardly touch the wheel to drive!!
Yesterday was the day we were supposed to get the signed paperwork and deposit from our buyers. Mr K rang the solicitors at 11am, they hadn't had the post yet. 
No-one rang back.
He rang again first thing this morning to be told that the deposit had arrived but still no paperwork!!
Hallelujah!!! Weird that there's no contract yet but who cares? They've finally committed!!

This has been written nine days after the event. It didn't take that long!!!!
