Tiny Tuesday : : Extra Protein

The problem with harvesting homegrown produce is that there are always a lot of unwelcome guests lurking amongst the leaves…I was making pesto when this little green fellow appeared on the newly washed leaves. I grabbed the nearest camera which happened to be my phone. He did me a favor by saving me from a trip out into the heat of the day, so I did him a favor by putting him back into the basil plants.

I hope no other spiders were harmed in the making of the pesto….Thanks to 60plus for hosting this week.
