10 years together

So it's 10 years to this day when I met my Mark.
Now my civil partner of 7 years I will never forget our 1st meet.

Today is the 10th anniversary of that day.

It was a Wednesday night. Birmingham Hippodrome was the meeting point. Only one person knew about it as I didn't want to jinx it.

I'd only moved to Brum permanently a few months previously & the website we met through seems a little bit weird now as we both went to schools completely apart let alone reunited, but there was a dating tab.

Scorching hot day. Both nervous. Both not expecting a long term relationship.
Date was amazing. Excited at my friends engagement party at the weekend the following day where I had news about meeting an amazing person in a place where I only knew where work was.

Moving to Birmingham was the best career move I made. Not only have I got a great career from it, I have found my soul mate, best mate & best husband ever. Oh & now my boss too.

Marnie, thank you for your support with Nexus project & your friendship. If it wasn't for you the last 10 years would not be behind me.

So this blip has taken me a while to type.
I wanted to capture our 1st meet, the journey & where we are now.

Mr Mark Flavell I love you so much. Thank you for an amazing 10 years together. We have had an amazing time. Holby & Balti we miss you & thank you to all our friends, family & colleagues for all your love & support.
