Strathaven Sweeties and a sea of ciggies

In response to a request from Brian, I went into my local town, Strathaven, in search of "Strathaven Toffees" - apparently a well known local confectionary and one I hadn't heard of until a few days ago.
It seems the factory responsible for producing the toffees is now closed but I DID manage to find "Strathaven Tablet" being sold in 'Craigs newsagents' just beside the common green in the town.
The lovely wee Lady who served me is dwarfed in this pic by the largest Tobacco display I've seen in many a day. How times change.
