Our miniature salad and herb plot

Despite living in an apartment we are lucky enough to have a splendid panoramic terrasse. It may only be small but we love the views and eating outdoors. So we make the most of this space by planting a few things to grow in the short summer months. The chard seems to be popular but the rest are surviving. But when to harvest?
