Sophie Takes A Tumble

Kate & Sophie came over for a swim this morning. When I got back from golf, Sophie was keen to show me her latest friend (CBeebies fans amongst you will recognise Mr Tumble, I'm sure!) but wasn't quite so keen to get in the frame herself.

I had another hospital visit this afternoon, taking Chris for a yearly check up on the scar tissue at the back of his eye. He's had it for 30 years now and the specialist was quite happy that it's not causing any problems, so he won't need to go back again.
