I made this cake this evening - Persian tea loaf - and it's really tasty. I got the recipe from Good Housekeeping magazine a couple of months ago, and was attracted by the icing and rose petals.

I can't remember the last time I made any kind of icing, and my rose petals are rather old, but I'll definitely make it again.
