Free the Bears

Hot day spent at the bear sanctuary. They are amazing creatures and it's so easy to spend an inordinate amount of time just watching them.

Free the Bears does amazing and much needed work in South East Asia. The one in Laos is the smallest and with 38 rescued Bears they are full. This means that they can't yet take the 18 Bears suffering in a bile farm in Vientiane who are in desperate need of rescuing.

Evening enjoyed at an authentic Indian restaurant. Plastic tables on a main road but great food!
