Lagoon Life

So the £2 million (rumoured!) Lagoon along Southend seafront is now complete.... well, apart from the landscaping/palm trees which they plan to add in the Autumn.  As a local I can't say I'm that impressed as I fear the worst and it will just fill up with rubbish, but the daytrippers seemed to be enjoying paddling about earlier today while the tide was still out!
