Green Tea & Milk
Starting off august right, back on track.
The craziness of adjusting to a roommate and whatnot has thrown me off of my working out consistently thing i was only getting about 3 x a week & i gained 10lbs back!
did i say my friend loves pop? liquid carbs.. ugh. i can feel them under my skin.. like sludge.
so green tea, workout, eat better, organize my shit.
